To take the CME test and obtain credit, you
now will need to log onto an account using your e-mail address and password. Although this will require some additional work, you will no longer need to enter all of your demographic information each time you take a test. Also, you will be able to review the tests you have taken since January 2004 and print out past CME certificates.

If you have taken CCJM CME anytime since January 2004, your account is already set up. Just enter the e-mail address you used when taking those tests. Your password is 999999. If you have trouble logging in, please contact support at 216-445-6027.

Select the New User link below to establish your profile. On subsequent logins you will only have to enter your e-mail address and password to proceed.
Terms for CME Credit
Please claim only the time that you actually spent on the activity. CME credit can only be claimed one time per activity. By applying for CME credit for this activity you agree to these terms and allow us to provide your completion time to state licensing boards. You also agree that we may, at our sole discretion, flag as unsubstantiated, reduce or deny CME credits if, in our opinion, our electronic records do not support the claim.
